Full-pipeline production for founder-led podcasts and YouTube shows. Editing, sound design, video, clips and publishing, every week, on a schedule you can plan around.
Two phases. One pipeline.
Every show starts with a 30-day launch and then runs on a weekly retainer. Audio and video are one job, not two.
Everything the show needs to exist before it needs to be good every week. Signing to first episode live in 30 days.
You record. Every episode is edited, mixed, mastered, cut for video, clipped for social and published, every week. Full Production adds a producer running the show.
Original score, sound beds, transitions and a sonic identity your show is recognised by. For shows that need to feel like television.
Long-form video edit, thumbnails, Shorts and channel setup for shows moving from audio-only to a real YouTube presence.
*Retainers are quoted monthly and cover up to four episodes. You'll get a real number on the first call, not a range that moves later.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Common questions about our services.
What does a podcast agency actually do?
Starts the show and keeps it growing. You host; we do everything behind it: positioning and format, identity and design, gear and platforms, guest sourcing, editing, video, clips, publishing and the numbers. The measure of whether it's working is simple: the show goes out every week, it looks and sounds like it belongs next to the best in its category, and it keeps bringing the right people to you.
Who do you typically work with?
Founders, executives and specialists whose business runs on trust: physicians, advisors, brokers, agency owners and the people who already have a message and an audience that would pay to hear it. Most have never had a show, or had one that quietly stopped. If you can talk about what you do for an hour, we can build the rest.
Why should we work with you over someone else?
Because the person you hire is the person who does the work. Soundof is run by one producer with 500+ episodes for channels totalling 14M+ subscribers, a Golden Globe nomination and four Webby Awards, and you deal with that person directly for every episode. Audio and video run through one pipeline, so nothing is lost in a handoff between editors. You own the show and every asset outright. And you'll get a firm number on the first call, not a rate that moves once you're committed.
What deliverables can we expect?
Broadcast-ready masters to spec for every major platform, plus the full ecosystem around them: video versions, social cutdowns, audiograms, show notes, and chapter markers. Everything ships to a shared drive on a set schedule with naming conventions that make sense six months from now. Exact deliverables are defined in your package, so there are no surprise line items.
Do you find guests?
Yes, on the Full Production retainer. Guests are the fastest way a founder-led show grows, and the wrong ones are the fastest way it stalls. We build a target list with you, run outreach and booking from your LinkedIn account (or on your behalf), and manage the calendar so recording days stay full. You approve every guest before an invite goes out.
Do you coach hosts?
Yes, as part of producing the show rather than as a separate course. Most hosts are good at their subject and less practised at the mic. We give notes after every recording on pacing, energy and where the strong moments landed, and we structure the format so the host is set up to succeed rather than carrying the episode alone. Hosts usually sound noticeably better by episode five.
How long does a typical project take?
First episode is live within 30 days of signing. After that, every episode runs on a weekly cycle: you record in batches, we deliver the finished episode, video and clips for review, and it publishes on schedule. Heavily sound-designed formats take longer and we'll tell you exactly where you land before you sign.
How much does a typical project cost?
Every show starts with a one-time launch package, then a monthly retainer covering up to four episodes. Retainers are quoted in three tiers based on whether video, clips and a producer are in scope. We'll give you a real number on the first call rather than a range that shifts once you're invested.
How do we get started?
Start a project and tell us what you're building, it only takes about two minutes. We'll follow up within one business day to book an intro call, listen to what you have (or what you're planning), and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If it is, you'll have a scoped proposal within a few days and onboarding starts immediately.
